From the M1 and M2 motorways, follow the Westlink and exit at the Grosvenor Road Junction. Situated on Belfast's "Golden Mile" beside the Grand Opera House and facing the Crown Bar (the National Trust's only public house property) - all in the heart of the main business and commercial district. Buses and trains will drop you off right next door to the hotel at Great Victoria Street Station. There is a 500 space multi-storey car park adjacent to the hotel, and valet parking is available for hotel residents. However, there are only a limited number of bedrooms available at this venue. Pre Conference Reception On Monday 17th November at 19:00 there will be a Pre Conference Reception held at the historic venue Hillsborough Castle. The castle is twenty minutes outside Belfast and transport will be provided from the Europa hotel at 18:00 returning at 21:00. The evening will include a light meal with refreshments and will provide an opportunity to network and explore this poignant venue. Please note - this reception is open to all conference attendees but must be booked in advance. We would recommend flying into Belfast City Airport where possible as it is only 10 minutes in a taxi from the city centre where the Europa Hotel is located. The International airport is further away and dependent upon traffic can take 30/40 minutes by taxi, increasing the cost considerably.
